Online core conditioning classes

Group classes offering a bespoke fusion of focused stretches, pilates and strength and conditioning. To improve power and performance on the bike and reduce injury risk. Class numbers are limited and all are conducted via zoom.

As a cyclist and desk worker, it’s be great building more core and all over body strength…in many ways I’m now stronger than I’ve ever been despite the lockdowns etc. Because its online its really convenient to fit before work and I can still join even having moved cities, which is awesome! Even though its remote, you know Nic is keeping an eye on your form – no cutting corners.
